Viburnum rhytidophyllum
Leatherleaf viburnum

The very leathery dark green leaves are ovate-oblong to ovate-lanceolate in shape with entire or obscurely denticulate margins. While glabrous above, the leaves are yellowish tomentose below. Deeply impressed venation lends a wrinkled appearance to the evergreen foliage. The leaves are 3-7" long and 1 to 2 1/2" wide with acute to obtuse apices and rounded to subcordate bases.
