Viburnum prunifolium
Blackhaw viburnum

Changing in color as they mature from a yellow to pink to a bluish black, the 1/3" drupes mature in the early fall and persist through November, the subglobose drupes. The bluish cast is due to a waxy bloom. The fruits are edible to both humans and loads of wildlife.
