Viburnum cassinoides
Witherod viburnum

The prominent yellow anthers produce a strong yellowish cast to the creamy white-petaled flowers in early to mid June. The small 5-petaled flowers are borne in large showy 3 to 5" diameter nearly flat-topped cymes. They have a somewhat disagreeable odor.
