A large, slender, conical to pyramidal-shaped deciduous conifer with a strong tapered central leader

Habit:Conical when young, rounding slightly in middle age and finally becoming oval at maturity, uniform, the dominant straight central leader is buttressed at the base gradually tapering along its entire length; knees forming near water
Size:50-70' high
Color:Bright medium green
