Rhus chinensis
Chinese sumac

The yellowish white to greenish white flowers contrast nicely with the dark green foliage in August and September. They are borne in airy 8-10" long and broad terminal panicles. Sometimes the panicles are even larger. The showy displays, easily visible from a distance, are a welcome addition to the summer landscape.
