Very showy as well as pleasantly fragrant, the 4-sepaled white flowers are 1 1/4" across with many white stamens and are borne from August through September. The combination of the narrow oblong sepals and the numerous stamens provides a very fine texture to the plant when in flower. Heavy displays of flowers usually cover the entire plant, providing a dramatic show.
