Acer x freemanii 'Marmo'
Marmo freeman maple

Introduced out of Lisle, Illinois by the Morton Arboretum, this selection has a broad columnar habit and good, early, mottled red fall color. The leaves most closely resemble those of the silver maple but the improved habit and better ornamental features make Marmo a desirable alternative to silver maple.

Habit:Upright branching forming a broad columnar habit with a strong central leader
Family:Aceraceae
